About SFSR
San Francisco Samoyed Rescue (SFSR) is an all-volunteer non-profit corporation founded in 1974 to render help to needy or displaced Samoyed dogs. The objective of this organization is to rescue Samoyeds in shelters or lost in the streets, relocate Samoyeds that owners are no longer able to care for, assist in securing veterinary attention for an injured or sick Samoyed, and educate owners and prospective adopters about the Samoyed breed and its care and training requirements. 2007 is our 33rd Anniversary serving the Samoyed Dog.
